What tummy tightening does
The same radiofrequency approach used on the face, applied to the abdomen, with fat aspirated where needed.
Dr Sultan combines it with Morpheus8 or CO2 laser where the surface of the skin also needs work.
Is tummy tightening right for you?
This is for skin that has loosened, not for weight. If there is significant fat to lose, lose it first, because the result is judged on the skin.
It usually suits

What to expect
- 01Before you arrive
- Medication is given beforehand to keep you comfortable through the procedure.
- 02The consultation
- He goes through your history, marks the area and photographs it.
- 03Numbing
- Local anaesthetic. You stay awake. There is no general anaesthetic and no hospital stay.
- 04The procedure
- A fine cannula passes under the skin. Radiofrequency heats the tissue beneath while he monitors the temperature throughout.
- 05Fat, where it helps
- Liposuction can be combined with it to remove liquefied fat where that improves the shape.
- 06Going home
- Same day, in a compression garment. You will need it on continuously for the first one to two weeks.
